License Agreement

By purchasing any track from Mysthrylogy, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully — this is a legal agreement.

What You Receive

Upon completing your purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable sync license to use the purchased track in one (1) creative project as defined below. This is a license — not a transfer of copyright or ownership.

The copyright, master recording rights, and publishing rights remain exclusively with Bruce Walker / Mysthrylogy at all times.

You will receive a download link for the high-quality audio file via email after purchase.

Permitted Uses

Your license allows use of the purchased track in the following contexts:

  • YouTube videos, vlogs, and short films
  • Podcasts and audio productions
  • Independent films and documentaries
  • Student and non-commercial film projects
  • Social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
  • Personal presentations and slideshows
  • Online advertisements with a budget under $50,000
  • Video games (indie/non-AAA)
  • Twitch/live streaming background music

Not Permitted

The following uses are strictly prohibited under this license:

  • Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the audio file
  • Claiming ownership or copyright of the music
  • Broadcasting on terrestrial radio or major TV networks without an upgraded license
  • Use in political campaigns or propaganda
  • Synchronization in major studio films or national TV commercials without a custom deal
  • Sampling or remixing for commercial release
  • Using the track as a standalone release (e.g. releasing it on Spotify as your own)

PRO & Attribution

Bruce Walker is a registered songwriter with a Performing Rights Organization (PRO). If your project generates public performance royalties (e.g., broadcast TV, radio), those royalties flow through standard PRO channels and are separate from your license fee.

Where possible, please credit the music as: "[Track Title]" by Bruce Walker / Mysthrylogy

Attribution is appreciated but not legally required for Standard and Featured licenses.

Violations & Enforcement

Unauthorized use of any track beyond the scope of this license constitutes copyright infringement and may result in DMCA takedown notices, legal action, and/or financial penalties. Mysthrylogy actively monitors content platforms for unlicensed use.

Violations will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by U.S. copyright law.
